Our story

In real estate since 2010. Developers since 2022.

We started in Bahria Town as a consultancy — helping families find homes and investors find returns. For more than a decade we worked from the buyer's side of every transaction, learning every block, every plot, every quirk of this market that brochures don't mention.

By 2022 we had seen enough projects from the inside to start building our own. Three projects on, the principle hasn't changed.

    Pick the unit, confirm the payment plan, and sign the booking agreement. Documentation handled by our team.

  • Each project offers a structured installment plan starting with a booking amount, followed by milestone-linked payments through the construction phase, and possession-linked balance. The exact split depends on the project and the unit — we walk through the full plan in your site visit.
  • GR-04 launches after Eid ul Adha 2026. Plot finalization is in progress and full pricing will open with the formal launch. We're maintaining an interest list — registering now means you'll see pricing and floor plans before the public release.
  • All four projects are mixed-use: commercial units on the ground and lower floors, residential apartments above. This structure works for owner-occupiers who value walkable amenities, and for investors who want diversified rental income from one address.
  • We handle the documentation, NOC processing, and registration end-to-end. Transfer happens on the possession date, after the final payment is cleared. Our consultancy team has been doing this in Bahria Town since 2010, so the paperwork side is familiar territory.
  • Yes — site visits to GR-25 (Bahria Orchard) and GR-02 (Iqbal Block) are part of our standard inquiry process. Both were delivered in 2025 and are fully occupied. Walking through a finished building tells you more than a brochure ever will. WhatsApp or call us to arrange a time.
  • Yes. We work regularly with NRP buyers — handling power-of-attorney documentation, remote site visits via video walkthrough, international payment routing, and possession on your behalf if you're not in the country during handover.
